Unfortunately, we have time for everyone's site but our own. We actually do only 2.0.5 installs now with Vicibox, VicidialNOW and scratch on Gentoo. We prefer Vicibox.

We have several installations where the Vicidial Agent can charge a credit card either from a link on the agent screen or a new tab on the agent screen. This captures whatever information the client requires back to the Vicidial client information tab and then (in most cases) submits this information with a sale upon dispositioning of the lead at the end of the call.

Some push to "SugarCRM" some to "Goldmine" and some to proprietary MySQL or MSSQL systems after the sale for further client service.
