How to upgrade vicidialNow-1.1 to vicidialNow-1.2

There is no direct upgrade path from an older version of VicidialNOW to the latest one as of this moment. The easiest way to do an upgrade is to install the latest version of VicidialNOW and migrate your ViciDial files to it.

Alternately (as there are structural differences between Vicidial 2.0.4 and 2.0.5) you can upgrade Vicidial without upgrading VicidialNOW. there are instructions available within the 2.0.5 download.

As far as I know, upgrading Vicidial while leaving the CentOS alone should work just fine with no viable repercussions.

Make a good backup first, of course!
