broadcasting transfer to agent

Hello,

I have setup a broadcasting camp[aign with press on option.

When i press 1 it says thank you for your responce, i will tansfer to you to our call center, your call is very important to us.

But call never comes to agent.


here is portion of extensions.conf

exten => 8366,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => 8366,2,AGI(agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8366,3,AGI(agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8366,4,AGI(agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8366,5,Hangup

Please read the stickies and the manual before posting. In there you will find that you need to post your hardware and software with versions and any Other Software you may have installed in your system. Put this information in your signature and you will save yourself a lot of "waiting" time while noone can really help you because they don't have this information.

That being said: have you Read the Manual? Did you follow the instructions precisely? Does your system work otherwise?

If you have a functional system that can make outbound autodialed calls and connect them to agents ... then it is time to set up a press one, if you haven't gotten there you are jumping the gun a bit.
