quick question please i need a answer and please i need some one to give me a way to do it and i 'am sure this thing is not available in your manual because i have read it all.
so my question is about script add :
exemple in admin-->SCRIPT i have this "hello MR --A--first_name--B-- --A--last_name--B--" so here i will see this in my agent interface "
"hello MR - jhon albert" this --A--first_name--B-- and other variables will follow my lead in each time of here we have inderstand this way.
so my way is coloring this variable exemple : "hello MR - jhon albert" i want for exemple jhon and albert with red or other color,so here each variable will be in my favourite color
exemple :
"hello MR - jhon albert"
can i coloring this variable "

it is a way to coloring this variable please answer me i know many person in this support can answer me and thanks

you can use basic HTML tags within the script tab. For your example it would be like this:

hello MR <font color=red>--A--first_name--B-- --A--last_name--B--</font>
