Call Center setup

i want to setup a 20 seats call center with asterisk and VICIDIAL.
The call center wil be an inbound taking call from uk asterisk server to pakistan asterisk server and then distrube them among different client..
plz give some comments to setup this system like server specification and requirments of minimum IP and T1/E1 cards and SIP/DID trunks etc..

Dear Sahbaz,

We can do it.
Server specification is :-
You can take this type of server which has following configurations:-

Quad core processor,
minimum 2 GB RAM,
500GB HDD,

one public ip should be on UK asterisk server and one another public ip should be on Pakistan asterisk server for trunking. Port should be open if firewalling for security purpose from both end.

And one digium or sangoma PRI card ( E1 ) should be in Pakistan asterisk server and one pri lines also required from telco provider for routing the call in telcom network.
