Hello,
i would like to propose that when one creates a status, it can specify if is successful or no(something similar to if it is a sale or no).
Then we can take all the status that are sucess and calcula the SPH with them.
Other thing is to define connects and contacts
Because the contacts should be define from the status, if the status is human or not.
Or go directly and say this status is a contact and/or sucess
What do you think?

We have added several flags like this in the SVN trunk codebase.

Ok, you know i have been creating an agent performan report, and i saw this.
For example the talk time should be the talk time of the call that were disposed with a human status.
