How can i reset the DROP percentage ?

Postby saurabh4485 » Mon Aug 10, 2009 2:32 am

Dear Matt,

How can i reset the DROP percentage ? I am using vicidial-1.2.

Some in the morning session drop percentage will be high because of less calls.
because of this auto_calls doesn't work predictively and it's take time ...My agents are waiting for 5 mins for new calls ....

I want to fix it by database...like if i will convert all "DROP" calls in "NEW" then and called_since_last_reset='N' and called_count='0' . After doing this also realtime page doesn't decrease the drop percentage.

Please let me know if there is any other table from which we can reset DROP percent.

DIAL LEVEL: 1.0 TRUNK SHORT/FILL: 0 / 0 FILTER: NONE TIME: 2009-08-10 03:28:37
DIALABLE LEADS: 66 CALLS TODAY: 5 AVG AGENTS: 1.1 DIAL METHOD: ADAPT_AVERAGE
HOPPER LEVEL: 20 DROPPED / ANSWERED: 1 / 4 DL DIFF: 1 STATUSES: NEW
LEADS IN HOPPER: 19 DROPPED PERCENT: 25.00% DIFF: 90.91% ORDER: DOWN
1 calls being placed 1 calls ringing 0 calls waiting for agents 0 calls in IVR
1 agents logged in 0 agents in calls 1 agents waiting 0 paused agents

the drop percentage is not supposed to "zero" when you "reload" your leads. the legal requirement is DAILY, not "per run". and vicidial was BUILT to comply with the law.

that being said, you'll either need to increase your allowed drop percentage temporarily to "get the system going" or run in Ratio mode until you get it back down where it belongs or use a different campaign for the two shifts.
