Nope, but if you want to pay for it, the sky's the limit as far as features

Usually clients will just add this kind of functionality to VICIDIAL from the web for or script tab integrated with other applications that do fax/email/sms since Asterisk is good at none of these.

Does anyone know any examples of external applications that have been succesfully linked to vicidial? What i would like to do is send an automated e-mail with the contents of the remarks an agent made after handling an inbound call.

We have several clients doing things like this. A simple perl script in the cron running once every few minutes can do this sort of thing, depending on your requirements and network setup.

You grab the recent calls from the vicidial_log and vicidial_closer_log tables and parse through them for the information you need.
You either program it yourself or pay someone to program it for you.
