Ive followed the tutorial and configure group , user , campaign , list and loaded leads . could any one please point how to configure predective dailer . Im new to vicidailnow . Looking forward for your kind response.

Hi Tehseen,
If you can do a manual dial then it's not a difficult to setup. Perdictive settings depend on your number of agents, leads etc. Let me know with number of agents and I'll give you some settings to try.

Hi everyone!!
This topic seems a bit old but i hope i would find someone to help me here.
i've set up a predictive dial campaign but when my agents logged in, i got many busy and dropped calls status from the CLI. i don't know if i messed up something in my configs or if it is my sip provider that causes problems.
i've got 3 agents logged in (know it is not the best number to test auto dialing but my boss wants to see how it works before moving more agents on vicidial) and i often got 5 minutes between 2 succesfull calls.
would like some help on this please thank you in advance.

Hi Albokos,
As you mentioned it's not good idea to have auto dial for three agents. You can try
- Code: Select all
Dial Method: RATIO
Auto Dial Level: 1.3
You can play with auto dial level, depending updon your lead. If you increase this you will get calls at faster rate and your drop rate will be also be increased.

Thanks it works fine!!! now i'm going to increase the number of agents and i plan to pass on ADAPT TAPERED with 10 to 15 agents hope this will be enough
