Faild to Load new leads

I just install vicidialnow, I want to taste vicidial but when I follow the vicidialnow-getting-started-guide , when I select the file .csv or .txt , and clic on Submit, in the next page say PROCESSING CSV FILE and the list of file but all of them say NONE....

I copy and pasted this:

I tried to save like .csv , .txt, with excel and nothingg :s

What am I doing wrong?

Can you post what exactly you see on this page, preferably with a screenshot of this and the previous pages with the settings.

This what I see, I have tried with .csv , .txt, excel, and nothing :s

Try changing the commas to tabs and change the file extension to .txt and see what happens.

I had tried that before and nothing, I tried again and it doesnt work

If I select one, only have NONE and ""
