vicidialnow and vtiger integration - How it work?

I saw the vicidialnow and vtiger integration. But I don't know how it works. What is the relationship for the vicidialnow leads and that on the vtiger? Do we upload the leads to vicidialnow or we upload to vtiger and vicidialnow can automatically access the leads. Can anyone explain that? thanks.
I see that the sql tables has to be created in order to put the leads in. It is alos needed to map the fields between vicidial and vtiger. I also do not know how the vtiger customized fields to be created to match the leads.

Search for VTIGER.txt file, no idea where it is in vicidialNOW. Or download latest astguiclient:
