Dial Plan Problem (Cannot Dial Toll Free Number)

Anyone can help us with our problem? We can't make a call to a Toll Free Number.

Here is our Dial Plan

exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${SIPTRUNK1}/1972${EXTEN:1},55,o)

also if you are using novatel.

You need to be sending a callerid when dialing an 800 number. If you set it on the vicidial campaign manager, use vicidial agent interface to call that number otherwise when you manual dial it using a softphone it wont go through unless you created a dialplan for manual dialing using a softphone with setcallerid on it.

We are using the vicidialnow interface to call Toll Free Numbers.
and Here is our Dial Plan (extensions.conf)

No you're not sending callerid.

Check your campaign manager if you set one up.

The Campaign CallerID that i see in the campaign is 0000000000. Is it the default value? or should i change it. Thanks.

Change it. You need to have a valid callerid as per FTC regulations.

Sir,

But our VOIP provider only give their IP address for the outbound call. They didn't give any callerID.
