vtiger internal mail

hi everyone,
i am using vicidialnow , i got a doubt is it possible to create internal mail through vtiger , so that all the agents can view the mail and post it interally trough LAN , if it is possible let me know how to configure it

I haven't actually been to the vTiger forums, but I'm pretty sure they will be A LOT more likely to have some help for you in this area.

I know sugar has "group" email for inbound and individual email using the system's smtp for outbound, and they are almost the same software (different branches). But I don't spend a lot of time in vTiger.

Check to see if vTiger has forums, you may get an answer a lot sooner.
