You are changing the callerIDname, that breaks ViciDial.

Did you change your dialplan?

-- Executing Set("Local/018099858027@default-e45f,2", "CALLERID(name)=encuestas")
Here is where you rewrite CallerIDname, and you should NOT be doing so, as this breaks Vicidial.

Try dialing without using the callerid flag first and see if it works.

Hi...

Finally now I can test calling to my mobile number but...

I connected to the other asterisk server and check the CLI...

My phone ring but when I pick it up, the call hungup... when I check the log in the other asterisk server I got this:

I think that is the reason why the call always hungup... isnt it?

Why the address is with 2 // /asterisk//cdr-csv//Master.csv :s

The file Master.csv is there in /cdr-csv/

I will check...

Hi, I have been reading and reading a lot...

I have a doubt, I see the error with cdr-csv but I dont know if the problem about the call hungup is for this or FIRST the call hungup and then launch the error with cdr-csv..

this if the first error:

or is it the error and the problem?

Code: Select all

-- Hungup 'IAX2/vicidial-14498'

What this mean? where should I check?....

Thank you

Look for the line that has the entry below and remove them from your dialplan:

"CALLERID(name)=encuestas"

Thanks man. But I have this in extensions.conf

Code: Select all
; This 'o' Dial flag is VERY important for VICIDIAL on outbound calls,
exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _X.,2,Set(CALLERID(name)=encuestas)
exten => _X.,3,Dial(${TRUNKNEWBOT}/${EXTEN},55,tTo)
exten => _X.,4,Hangup

if I coment the lines there arent any calls :s

In sip.conf file the user who I use to connect has:

Code: Select all
[6674]
secret=3311127
nat=yes
username=6674
host=dynamic
type=friend
dtmfmode=rfc2833
disallow=all
allow=ilbc
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
allow=gsm
context=default
callerid=encuestas <50321132700>

I commented the line callerid and the call go out but the same problem.. the call seems to hung up but I can hear the conversation... :s

This dialplan is very dangerous since it's a catch all. This can mess up other dialplan. I would recommend you change it to something more specific.
