When I click on Listen and Barge , nothing happens whereas it should open xlite with a call where one can listen and barge.
Any Settings issue ?
If yes, then what ?

Hi,
From Admin goto Campaign->Your Campaign->Real Time Screen, from there note SESSIONID of the agent you want to listen/barge. Pickup your phone dial 0+SESSIONID, you will listen the agent. If you want to guide him just dial SESSIONID both agent and customer will listen you.

It is due to the Setting misplacement in the browser. For example if you are using firefox as your browser select your firefox preferences and select the applications tab and select the sip settings to xlite/eyebeam or what ever soft phone you use after that you could listen and barge from the manager's screen.

I'm using x-lite and can listen live calls. but after each call my softphone hangup. what im doing wrong.
Is it bcz of some codec issues or something else.
pls advise

did not understand what you are asking ?
I can listen any channel by double click on session id.
but i can not using 0+sessionid. is its 0+8650001 or 08650001.
pls advise

Looks like an SVN build from before 2.0.5 release. I would recommend upgrading to 2.0.5 release or 2.0.5.1rc1
