Hi,
We have a new start up 15 seat center set up on vicidial. With a lot of great IT support it is up and running and we will be testing this next week (knock on wood).
I cannot figure out how to have an agent take a call and do a warm transfer to an outside phone extension.
It would also be ideal if the agent could then hang up after making the warm transfer.
I can't even figure out how to do a cold transfer at this point, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
1) Is this possible.
2) How?

I have the full version of both manuals, so if I missed it in one of those, please direct me to the section.

its on the agent manual.
It said transfer.

You put the number of the outside party in the "Number to Dial field", then click "Dial with customer" button and there you go.
