I'd like to start off by saying hello and introducing myself as a semi-noobie to vicidial now (so please keep noobie flame to a minimum )
I'm having an issue as far as agents recieving the wrong call information.
for example: when a call comes in and someone receives the call, the information comes up as: John Doe / 555-555-5555 / 123 street ct.
In reality the information is supposed to be: John AppleSeed / 444-444-4444/ 312 alley way.
This happens every so often and there is no real pattern to it that i noticed.
Also sometimes agents jsut get automatically paused for no reason and agents have to log out and back in in order to fix the problem.
Any help is much appreciated.
