Leads aren't loading...

Postby onesol » Tue Sep 22, 2009 2:59 pm

I'm a newb. I have an IT administrator that doesn't do the rest of loading leads and stuff and I got some huge leads lists I need to upload into vicidial. It is a new installation, the software works fine, I need to get the manual for it, but in the meantime I'm sittin dead in the water until I can get the lists uploaded.

Can someone help?

The excel files are larger than excel will allow me to open. 62K rows. Too big.

I also need to know what I can do for making sure the hopper is loaded with leads. For some reason it doesn't do it...I know this is probably noob questions, I am not the IT guy, I just need help...

Thank you.

Hi,
what are your dial status? Is "NEW" one of your dial status?
What status does the new imported leads have?

What is the hopper level?
What does "Popup Dialable Leads Count" show?

Thanks,
heinz

Hello! hope this will help.....

Every time i want to upload my leads i do the following on my server:
/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhopper --debugX. (Not sure it is the best way but it works fine :) ), just make sure you set the hopper to the correct level. the maximum hopper level is 2000 (according to what i see on my campaign management page so check yours) if you have a too big lead you can split it in smaller ones.

Sincerly hope this will help someone i'm a newbie too so forgive me if my tips are often odd. :)
