HELP with IVR

Hello guys,


I need help in setting IVR.

When I read the managers manual I didn't understand what it mean by "Add this line in the default context or the inboundtrunk context or whereever the DID record is
pointing," refering to this line >>> "exten => 7275551111,1,Goto(TEST_IN,s,1)".

my added this line to my extension >> "exten => _X.,1,Goto(trunkinbound,,1)"

my trunkinbound context has this line "exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi)".

So where do I insert the line that the manual is telling?

extensions.conf or an "included" file such as extensions-vicidial.conf, depending on your vicidial version. Which brings me to our regularly schedule broadcast:

Please read the stickies (the posts marked as sticky at the top of each category) and the MANUAL (available on EFLO.net). In there you will find that you need to post your hardware and software with versions and any Other Software you may have installed in your system.

Put this information in your signature and you will save yourself a lot of 'waiting' time while noone can really help you because they don't have this information.

Also, you may find that you answer your own question or find out where your answer may be (so you don't have to wait for an answer ...).
