Hi Matt,
Please clear my confusion,
I always look in list details, some leads are in called section and in NEW status.
I am not able to understand why this type of report showing.
leads are called even it shows as a new leads, why?
Please help me.

That happens if your phone numbers cannot be dialed because they are invalid numbers or you have a configuration issue.

Matt, for instances such as these, a lot of these numbers ring once then go to an operator that gives the "your call cannot be completed as dialed..." Why are these calls not routed to agents if there is a ring and then is picked up by the operator?
I have about 120 records like this in my dialer right now. I'm trying to figure out how to deal with them moving forward.
I have identified them with the query:
select * from vicidial_list where vicidial_list.status='NEW' and called_count>2
and not left(phone_number,1) in ('1','0');

If no Answer signal is received, the call will not be routed to an agent unless it is a MANUAL dial call.

test those numbers with manual dial (or off the system entirely) and see if they have something in common. also try them through your provider and see if there is some sort of issue with them.
it is also possible that you have an issue with the server (load?) when this occurs that causes the failure. so keep an eye on it.
