Hi,
I would like to start off with thanking all of the people in the forum for helping people like me all these years.

Well the problem i have is that every time after the agent hangs up on the lead and chooses a dispositon code. Then they click on "Web Form Submit". This doesnt enter the lead into VTiger. All i get is the Vtiger Home Page then i see the error code:

Fatal error. Call to undefined function ImageCreate() in /var/www/vtigercrm/image/Canvas/GS.php on line 169

What went wrong and how do i correct this?

i meant GD.php

This is what line 169 of the GD.php says:

$this->_canvas = ImageCreate($this->_width, $this->_height);
}

Do you have the GD PHP module loaded on your system?

yes it is loaded.

I have not seen that error before, I would guess that somethign else is not loaded that is required. Have you asked on the Vtiger forums?
