Agent Portal of vicidial is immediately loged out

Dear All

I have installed vicidialnow version asterisk-1.2.30.2-1.vnow
Problem is that when we logged in on agents's portal after logged in immediately log out with meaasge "Your session has been disabled".
Its Admin portal is working fine.

Asterisk CLI is
