High droped percentage in ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT

Dear pros, I conduct performance test on 60000 leads with 10 remote agent login. use ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT campaign with dial level 1, max dropped max 10%, Adapt Intensity Modifier -5, Dial Level Difference Target -5. It keeps on around 35% dropped. No matter I keep Adapt Intensity Modifier 0, Dial Level Difference Target 0 or Intensity Modifier -5, Dial Level Difference Target -5. Any idea can share?

By the way, I did not found the column definition of report in manager manual. Where can I find it?

That is normal for performance testing due to how the calls are placed.

What version of the manager manual do you have?
(how many pages are there?)

Thannks, Matt. I read manager manual 2009-04-02 version, full 160 pages. I bought it from VICIDIAL web site. Is there update one?
