sip phone is not showing in the conference channel

I installed a new vicidial. I'm having an issue with my softphones.
I logged in to the vicidial agent page, then vicidial ring my softphone, I answered, but then the info is not showing when I click the "Show conference call channel information" link.

What could be the problem?

VICIDIAL web-client version: 2.0.5-206 BUILD: 90525-1014
