On your vicidial box, log in as the top level administrator (capable of editing campaigns).

Modify a campaign, choose "Detail view".

Go to "Survey".

Now, that's not exactly an "IVR" per se, but if you haven't been here, the survey creation tool is very nice and will suit most purposes.

Beyond that, there are all sorts of possibilities, such as the Voice Survey Recording system we have created, but it's not technically "Vicidial", it's a standalone.

Menu-driven, designed to be "sent to" by FreePBX or any other platform (like Vicidial). It's an "Audible Survey" system, capable of recording the responses to questions whether they are Voice or Keypress, single digit or multi digit (voice, choice, or value).

Uploading the "prompts" is presently done through either the Vicidial or FreePBX interfaces or Manually direct to the system. Looking and (and listening to) the results is a simplistic "go to the survey, choose a date, choose a callerid, and look/listen for the result". All calls logged, even if they hung up after the first prompt.

This system could easily be modified to add menuing (direct to another ivr or vici/freepbx location) based on the responses, of course, but noone has asked for it yet. At least noone with a checkbook. I do not know if this sort of thing is expected within Vicidial in the near future.
