Changing file name

That's easy, go to the campaign and check for the field "Campaign Rec Filename:" (you have to be in detailed view to see that field).

Then follow instruction and you're done.

The filename scheme does not allow for "ANY" vicidial_list value since those values can all change during the call and the filename is set when the recording starts.

If you need to change the filename, we usually recommend using a batch process to do so, and we have set several of these up for our clients, not only to change the filename but also do bulk transfers over FTP.

We have responded to you, I am guessing that you either didn't understand our response or you didn't like what we said. Either way, the only way to use all of the vicidial_list fields in recording names is to process the recordings after they are done. This can be done with a custom script that you or a consultant would have to write.

I agree with mflorell

That's the best way. You use the fields as I mentioned and then go for a batch process (the way Vicidial does WAV to MP3 conversion..., with a cron job on Unix is great).

Bests
