Agentdirect not work

Hi,
I use Agentdirect to transfer both call and web popup.
Agent has choose both Agentdirect and two in group I have create when logon. But when he transfer call and web popup to specific agent, it come to agent with oldest call finish. In this log 305 want to transfer to 302 (with 'Local/58600058) but it then transfer to other agent.
In asterisk message log I found that

Queue priority for two Ingroup I have created is 0, Agentdirect is 99.
I have install following scratch guide in http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/Ubuntu_Install.txt.
Asterisk is 1.4.21.2.
No others software on this box.

I don't see any AGENTDIRECT queueing calls in this output.

is it possible you were using the "Phrase" agentdirect thinking that somehow the agentdirect in-group is "automagically" used whenever a transfer is invoked, without actually using the agentdirect transfer explicitly?

what buttons are you pushing to cause this "agentdirect" transfer?

I use the button "Local closer" with the number of agent in transfer input.

We choose random the two other group. We have changed to choose AgentDirect. The transfer call is ok now.
