I want to run a survey, I went to Survey tab under the compaign, and set the required parameters to setup a survey.
I have the manager manual 2.04, it guide me how to setup a survey. but did not mention how to login an agent on that survey. means once i create a survey, load the leads to the compaign to auto dialed and once the call is connect, customer listen a promotion, and input for example 2(digit) to talk to the agent, where this call will ring so an agent can answer the call and speak to the customer.
should I go the http://ip-address/agc/vicidial.php page on that compaign and then to the eyebeam. and the hear a msg, you are the only person in this conference like we did in outbound compaigns. or should I have to login to eyebeam with a user account only.
Please guide me and do not fwd me to read manual only- I did 3-4 times. - thanks a lot.
