Hi,

I want to run a survey, I went to Survey tab under the compaign, and set the required parameters to setup a survey.
I have the manager manual 2.04, it guide me how to setup a survey. but did not mention how to login an agent on that survey. means once i create a survey, load the leads to the compaign to auto dialed and once the call is connect, customer listen a promotion, and input for example 2(digit) to talk to the agent, where this call will ring so an agent can answer the call and speak to the customer.

should I go the http://ip-address/agc/vicidial.php page on that compaign and then to the eyebeam. and the hear a msg, you are the only person in this conference like we did in outbound compaigns. or should I have to login to eyebeam with a user account only.
Please guide me and do not fwd me to read manual only- I did 3-4 times. - thanks a lot.

yes

in fact, the system should not begin dialing until you do so. it is still an outbound campaign, there is just a recording between the agent and the prospect. otherwise the same.

But how a compaign knows that its a survey type and when a customer pickup the phone, it will play a pre-recoreded message.

I add my own number in a list and run the compaign, which
I want to run as a survey, my phone ring but I did not hear that pre-recorded message, Is there anything else we have to do to run a compaign with survey option.

Please help -

I was not changing in compaign 'Campaign VDAD exten:8366'

Now I'm able to hear the pre-recodred message, but when I press 8, the call did not transfer to my agent.
In setting I choose 8 for OPTIN. and i have changed for Not interested option 2.

Here is my Survey settings. (its default)

Survey DTMF Digits : 1238
Survey Not Interested Digit : 2
Survey Opt-in Audio File:
Survey Not Interested Audio File: US_thanks_no_contact
Survey Method:AGENT_XFER
Survey No-Response Action:OPTIN
Survey Not Interested Status:NI
Survey Response Digit Map:1-DEMOCRAT|2-REPUBLICAN|3-INDEPENDANT|8-OPTIN|X-NO RESPONSE|
Survey Survey Xfer Extension:8300
Survey Campaign Recording Directory:/home/survey ( I just create this directory)
Voicemail: BLANK

Please help
