Hello gurus,
I have vicidialnow-1.2 install with vtiger-5.0.4 along with patch. I have inserted some leads in vTiger with all details like name, address contact number etc. When i am doing click to call from Vtiger, call is going properly from vicidial but users details like name, address, email etc is not coming in vicidial agent screen. Just contact number is displaying alone with vender code.
What could be issue that users details are not showing in vicidial from vtiger leads.

Did you read the VTIGER.txt doc?
Are you running the Vtiger -> ViciDial sync process at night in your crontab?

Yes i already follow vtiger.txt. Vicidial sync process will sync users with vtiger. But what i want is when i m doing click2dial from vtiger and when LIVE call is coming in ViCIDIAL at that time that particular leads details should also come to vicidial like first name, last name, address etc from vtiger to vicidial screen.
What is happening right now is when i do click2dial from vtiger at that time vicidial screen is not having any details of calling person which i want to get from vtiger when LIVE call is coming.

It should be doing a search by phone number and it should be displaying the Vendor ID as the Vtiger Account number.
Are you running these at night in your crontab:
/usr/share/astguiclient/Vtiger_OUT_sync2VICIDIAL_file.pl --duplicate-system-vendor
/usr/share/astguiclient/VICIDIAL_IN_new_leads_file.pl --forcelistid=9988

Thanks for your reply.
Previously i was not running @night in crontab. Now i have run this both command manually. After that when i m doing click 2 dial from vtiger than also customer details are not showing in Vicidial agent screen.
What could be the issue now.?

Is your manual dial List ID set to 9988?

Manual Dial List is 998 so that why i am using below command.
/usr/share/astguiclient/VICIDIAL_IN_new_leads_file.pl --forcelistid=998
But after that also its not showing me details in agent screen.

Have you tried doing a regular ViciDial manual call with a number that should be in that list?

Yes i tried manual dialing as well in that details are displaying on agent screen.

Well, on SVN trunk I cannot duplicate this issue and I don't have an active 2.0.5 to test your issue on.
