I have noticed that more of a time the lines engaged in my system exceeded the 120 channels. I have 120 channels exactly, as never some times exceed this number?
any suggestion ?

What kind of lines?
What channel count are you going by?

I've E1. I use 120 channel and the Maximum Adapt Dial Level I regulate according to number of the agent.
which it would be the corrected account to make?

What do you have your "Max VICIDIAL trunks" field set to in the servers table?

The "placed calls" should not be higher than the MAX VICIDIAL trunks setting. Can you confirm this count with output from Asterisk CLI "show channels"?
