Extremely SORRY for the confusion.
IVR I meant to say 3rd Party Transfer.
Its like , A is me , B is my Customer and C is a 3rd party verification line.
Once A agrees for something, we bring A in Conf with C using Transfer Conference.
Now, while on call and conf , can we put C on hold and speak to B and then bring back C to the conference again ?
