no sound when a live call is established in vicidial

the message: "you are currently the only person in this conference" is not playing when i login. and when a call from the leads comes in, the phone doesn't even ring at the other end. there's also no sound on any answering machines and person once a live call has been established by vicidial.

im already having this problem for almost a week and can't resolve it. arrghhh.. i'm a dead meat in my boss. =(

As with all support posts, please start with the Asterisk version, the astGUIclient version and text output of the Asterisk CLI when the problem occurs.
