Does VICIBox Server is ztdummy by default?

Hello Vici Guru,

I would like to try Vicibox server, I'd like to make sure that I would not be needing a digium card for my server box.

Core2Quad Processor
4GB RAM
500 Gb HDD
Server Grade Motherboard

for 20 agents with 2.5 dial ratio max
of course with recording
answering machine detection off
VoIP SIP

If I'll configured my SIP account to the Carrier tab, thus all my agents can start calling? I am using the default phone extension namely cc100... etc.

ViciBox does use ztdummy by default so you will not need a hardware timer. However they are still recommended.

You can get a sangoma usb voice time, our a x100p if your not on a dell or HP system.
