Hi,
What is the use of Quick transfer button in the agent interface? Nothing in the manual discussed about quick transfer. and also, when the agent set a pause code, is there any way for the agent to see their status on the agent web interface? I'ved tried this, but can't see the pause code i set on the agent web interface. Please advise.

What does the help screen say?
Quick transfer is not in 2.0.5 so it would not be in the manual.

From the help screen:
"Quick Transfer Button - This option will add a Quick Transfer button to the agent screen below the Transfer-Conf button that will allow one click blind transferring of calls to the selected In-Group or number. IN_GROUP will send calls to the Default Xfer Group for this Campaign, or In-Group if there was an inbound call. The PRESET options will send the calls to the preset selected. Default is N for disabled. "
As for pause codes, you are correct, they are not displayed anywhere in the agent interface once selected. If you would like to add that I would suggest posting a feature request in the tracker.
