How do I enable feature to detect AM?

I went through the scratch install after installing vicibox server but I could see all the files in place already; does that mean I just have to enable it using some dialplan extension? if yes, could anyone please help me?


Second, I read through forum about ploticus pl file which needs to be in place /var/www/vicidial/ploticus BUT which file are we talking about? There are so many of them once you download it off the web..

Any help would really do wonders, as always thanks to all for keeping up all the efforts and time to keep it going..

The manual details how to enable AMD. You just change the Campaign VDAD Exten to 8369


As for Ploticus, it should be loaded on there, but it is only really necessary for server statistics which most call center managers don't really need to use at all, and most admins don't look at unless they are having performance issues.
