Hi i am Nikhil Vohra
I am facing problems while installing the vicibox server.
I have download the vicibox_server_rc2 and gone through exactly as the walkthrough says.
OS part goes exactly fine. instalation also goes fine. but when it reboots and i get N number of errors.
for
1. Wanrouter.
2. Wanpipe1.conf file not found.
4. Master.csv no such file or directory.
I tried installing it for 4 to 5 times but it gives me the same problems.
Please reply help required.

Is Asterisk not starting?
Is the machine connected to the internet when you do the installation?
These errors should not stop Asterisk from starting, and the Master.csv error can be normal depending on how your system is set up.

Are there any issues when only one agent is logged in?
Are the agents properly logging out by clicking on the LOGOUT link?
Asterisk CLI output?
loadavg when these problems occur?

It was working fine with 2 agents other 6 were having problems. so i just loged out the other 6 and put them on manual. But after some time when they came back from break they were also not able to dial.
there were total 8 agents dialing.
Load avg was ok below 1.5.
Yes they are loging in and loging out properly.
I went to there place to check it for some time. i was also facing the same problem.
