Hello Guys ,
Although this is not new issue but as i am new in this business need to understand this problem .
I have single LINUX server which have VICIDIAL 2.0.5 installed on this .
After call agent automatically get TIME SYNCHRONIZATION ERROR msg and went to Pause mode .
Happen to all the agnents
Please take me as beginner in this area and forgive me if i am asking silly questions .
PLEASE TAKE IT URGENT AS THIS IS IMPACTING MY BUSINESS.
