I am sorry that is not a valid exten pls try again

hi there, I am facing some problem wile i dialing out...when i tried to call from x-lite it will go through once i upload leads it is going giving error saying "I AM SORRY THAT IS NOT A VALID EXTENTION"
My CLI is

Post DETAILS abt yr SET UP first .

But problem is your Carier config issues.

BUILD: 110430-1642
No other software installed on the box.
I've read the manager manual.

if there any problem with the carrier it won't able make call from Xlite rt ?
here i am able to make call from Xlite......
here is my setup for Carrier

Account Entry:

host=my sip provider

I am getting the dial back ring then it says "not a valid extension"
