timeclock is missing on agent screen login?

I have force timeclock login in the user group I am using but it is showing the link on the screen. It reports you must first login to the timeclock in the campaign feild but No where to click to reach the page. If I change from agc2 to agc it shows the timeclock login. How can I fix this?

Ok I found it in the ../agc2/vicidial.php. Fixed

I thought I fixed it but I was wrong. I still need help. I know that if the agent screen goes to the original UI (AGC/vicidial.php) it comes up on the upper left corner. But when in the new UI (AGC2/vicidial.php) it is missing. Any ideas on where to look.....
