Can anyone tell me how to debug the script problem

I am unable to add script for the campaign through the normal "add a new script" process. it just disappeared when I try to submit it. Can anyone tell me where to look for to debug this issue?

please post your entire setup, installation method, vicidial version WITH build (from your php screens, it's on most of the managers screens at the bottom). Also include whether there is any OTHER software running on the box.

And of course, I presume you've downloaded and read the Manager's manual for 2.0.5 before posting (not just because it's a requirement, but because 2.0.5 has cool stuff in it!).

And all the stickies for this forum, also required before posting in this forum. Right?

that being said:

Did you make sure you followed common sense rules for naming (don't use funky characters or spacing for the names or descriptions)?

Did you try making a SIMPLE one with just a line or so of text in it, to see if it was rejecting your entry for some other reason?

Did you read what was on the resulting screen after you hit "submit"? (It often gives a rejection reason just below the menu bar, but it's not Huge and Red, so most of us overlook it and think our submission was successful, even though it wasn't)
