I need a form when I enter just the number to call and the extension and when a dial bottom is press the phone ring with the call to pickup.
i'm using vicidialnow 2.0.5
asterisk vertion 1.2
and centos

A webpage with 2 field and a Call Bottom

Just as simple as it sound , but I don't even know how to start, can you make me a coute for it??
