apache and Mysql server

Postby bloureiro » Tue Oct 10, 2006 11:30 pm

Hi,

I know that exist a LOAD_BALANCING.txt, but what I want is diifferent.

It's working - MySQL/APACHE/ATERISK/VICIDIAL - in only one server.

I need to put MySQL and APACHE in another server without ASTERISK or VICIDIAL installed.

When I install VICIDIAL its ask for the mysql IP, so if I set with the MySQL server ip and grant privileges for cron users on my network it will work, RIGHT?

DB server address or press enter for default: [localhost]

But how wiil I set the apache? when I install VICIDIAL it only asks for webroot path - server webroot path or press enter for default: [/usr/local/apache2/htdocs] - I have to answer what here??

something like this 10.10.10.20:/usr/local/apache/htdocs

Best Regards,

just copy the www folders to your web server and configure the dbconnect.php file.

"2. type the following into the mysql client prompt:
(make sure you put your IP address in place of "10.10.10.15" in the queries below)"

The ip will be my ASTERISK/VICIDIAL server or the mysql server?
