Hi,
In my asterisk log I constantly get "app_meetme.c: Unable to write frame to channel: Success". It is ~ 200 message per sec. I don't find that this warning causes any trouble, exept bigger log file.

Do you use DTF tones? Try "soft hangup Local/85" <TAB> (press the tab key) and look for the channels. I have a cronjob for this problem. It searches for the DTMF channels, wait some seconds and kill them with "soft hangup".

I use digium clone with 4e1 ports. I synchronize with E1 from my telecom.

What kind of digium clone?
I have had bad luck with most of them, except for Sangoma which work great.

There were a lot of changes after 1.2.10, try 1.2.10 and see if that helps. Also try an older version of zaptel.
