hi,
need a consultant to fix caller ID issue. Caller ID received is approx 30-40 lines away from correct caller ID.

Are you saying that the caller id on outbound? i'm not sure how it would be "off by XX lines" as it is the same for the entire campaign. So you are talking about the callerid of inbound calls?
Please post your entire setup ... you may find that the problem is fixed for free ... here.
