If you are installing on identical hardware you can just use an imaging utility like g4u(Ghost for Unix)
It is available on the ultimate boot CD ISO

Clonezilla, PartImage, g4u, Mondo Rescue... to name a few
You may also still find a free license for Paragon HD manager, which also works just fine, just google a bit. Paid alternatives could be Ghost, Acronis True Image, Paragon HD manager...

May be this question is for Gardo :
When installing Vici 1.3 version , when install script is running , I want to install a customised application and configure it.
How and where do to modify the file in ISO ?
Also , Any way to detect the Static IP after installation and configure the same in NIC { presuming Cable with internet is connected with NIC }?

You can google around on how to modify a CentOS ISO. There are a couple of useful links that can help you re-master your own CentOS/VicidialNOW ISO.
It's also useful if you can create an RPM package. This way you can customize an application and package it as an RPM file to be included in the ISO.

And this "image" is a brilliant method of "catastrophic failure" backup. create the image of the system and then backup your sql/config data every night and you can recover from almost any failure very easily.
to take it one step further, you could even install the image on another identical hard drive and USE it to prove it will actually work (what good is a backup method that is untested?). That would mean you'd have a working spare and all you'd need to do is a mysql restore and copy your config files to be "up".

both CentOS (VicidialNOW) and Ubuntu (ViciBox) have the ability to modify their install .iso's. The links for doing that are on their Distro websites. They are somewhat detailed in their use. You may want to consider offering VicidialNOW guy a few bucks to include a script in an .iso for you that will pull and run a script from a system of yours. That way you can put in a script that YOU can change without making a new .iso. That script would then download a new script and execute it. The custom script would then download and execute any .sql scripts that you want to run. And you would not have to learn how to modify the .iso (or go looking for the links yourself). In a way, this is what the Vicibox .iso does already.
