Hello
How can I unlog an agent from the admin page and how can I record a call from campaign real time page in admin interface.
Thanks

We recommend just recording all calls, if you are recording to RAM there will not be much added load, and you will not miss any of the conversation that you were wanting to record by having to click to start recording. As for logging just one agent out, you can do that in the User Status page.

Yes, you are using a RAM drive to record on:

tmpfs 1037668 0 1037668 0% /var/spool/asterisk/monitor
