audio problem

I' ve a problem with audio. The my agent they have a strong return of voice in cap. I use idefisk and this has setting for echocancel ...

What kind of Zap circuits are you doing this on?

Just an FYI I experienced this problem with IDEFISK I switched to X-LITE and it worked fine. Give that a shot and let us know.
