hi guyz ...and first of alll a gr8 thnks to mattt florell for this genious ... calll centre dialer ...i have been using vicidial for sometime now ....i actuallly want to know if it can be used as automatic outbound dialer ... let me explain ...
i want vicidial to run on its own dialling number on its own for a specified time ..and it should work only on 2 systems ..one is the server another is the host system to login into gui of vicidial .the important thing is it should open a number of lines at a time ....i should be able to dial 10000 mins per day using 2 systems .wat i actually do is calll diffferent numbers here in india and market my website ...presently i am using a sip phone x lite ...which can make 6 calls at a time .. i know it can be done ...but want to learn from basics .... please do the need fulll guyz

You wish to call a lot of numbers and when they pickup the should hear a message?

For India Dialing, you cannot use VOIP as Its Illegal !!

i know in india dialling thru voip is illlegal ... but wat if we have a registered voip account from reliance net connect it works ...
