I had a problem accessing the SVN trunk of vicidial so I figured Ill just bug matt. It seems that this address is having problem

svn://svn.eflo.net:43690/agc_2-X/trunk

so matt told me that use

svn://svn.eflo.net:3690/agc_2-X/trunk

that should work.
