AN BROADCAST server with 150 or more lines

hi guyz .....
i want a broadcast server which can call a list of numbers probably the alll the numbers in the list are same ...and i want 150 simutaneous calll hitting the same number.
each calll should range from 9 mins to 10 mins max
no msg should play and no transfer to agents and ..all is not required.
ho to start this dialer
i have already installled the latest vicidial now 1.2

Your idea will break every accepteble usage policy there is.

i want to clarify the usage of my dialer . wat i am in my country is a legal job i am incresing their revenue and getting paid for it ...coz i use a voip acount ... so plese be kind to help me on this .... i just need a dialer to make 150 simultaneous calls with out any agent and play a recorded msg for 10 mins thats it .... if u want more details about my work u can msg me i willl be more than happy to share it with you

That's actually possible. With all the legalities set aside. You can have 150 simultaneous calls to the same number via Vicidial without any agents.
